I took my daughter shopping for some last minute things for when school starts this week. Whilst out I decided to pop into Tesco for a few bits for me. On coming to the toiletries section I decided I needed deodorant, not seeing my usual brand I dropped a couple of Addidas roll ons that were on sale into my basket. My daughter casually picked one out my basket, read it and returned it. She then looked at me and started giggling.
‘’What’’ I said …
She replied, “Addidas Action for the 24 hour man’’ … and started laughing again!
Very funny, I was all action once …. If only I could remember when … now where’s my Zimmer frame?!

I just saw a message to say my premier membership will expire in 15 days.......... yes I see you Sentorans circling ... lol
VR has been a great escape for me over the past and I must admit I’m still learning.
I guess in life we are all learners, we can be content but we all still learn.
My time on VR has filled what must have been an empty void, I still can’t fathom it. I know it’s not wasted time as I have enjoyed myself thoroughly. To some you must think I must have lived on here in the past whilst to others I am still a whelp.
I still refer to things I need to do with the coven etc to my real life friends only to have the weirdest of looks meet me.
What I do know is, for all its ups and downs and the people I’ve met and talked to, I wouldn’t change a thing, not one single thing!
Money only money...well with a little beer and cake....and chocolate lol!

Off to a new Chinese restaurant tonight. It's one of those 'eat as much as you like' places. That will suit the mob I'm going with.
Work is going well, after working on contract and from home for an age I feel I've fitted into the new environment very well. There is this one girl there ........
My daughter phoned yesterday and is having a great time with her coucins in Nice in the south of France (my little jet-setter, lol).
I miss her so much but I would never wish for her holiday to go too quickly!
That's about it out here. I have a beach party on Saturday and BBQ Sunday.
and its good that your daughter is having fun..i know it has to be hard not having her with you :)

I am one proud father and will never stop putting up pictures like the one below. This award was for the best overall marks for her final year.
I spent the day with her today just sorting out the most important things in her life like getting the music uploaded to her iPod as she leaves for her holiday tomorrow, I already feel lonely.
We then went to the shops to get her ‘those’ sun glasses she had her eye on! At least she has her priorities right. Lol. Which is just fine as she’s still my baby. In fact I feel she will remain my baby even when she’s 40!!
I was minding my own business (as always) when I received a message out the blue!!
The person’s details will stay private as we have now started talking properly, and they seem pretty decent.
Anyway ….. From the avatar I figured it was some young girl just having some fun at my expense. I would normally go and check out their profile but I figured I would get bogged down with endless streams of pretty pictures and that sort of thing.
She wanted to turn me! Well being a vampire site I’ve heard this sentiment a few times.
How wrong was I!!!!!!!!!!?
It was a bi-sexual man who wanted to ‘TURN ME’ …….. to the gay side!
Not being homophobic I can say he’s a sweet chap (chapett) and a great chatter.
There is no moral here except the start of yet another good VR friendship.
I love this site more than I could possibly express.

I wrote last month about my daughter going away with the school to an adventure camp. She had a great time, but has no idea the worry of parents that goes with all that sort of thing.
She told me when she got back that when they were there she talked to her friends about how this was to be their last time together as St. Pats pupils. She was really melancholy about that and we talked some more about how she could still stay in touch etc.
Her sensitivity amazes me ………. It was left to her and a friend to put this together for them all to remember. When we watched it she cried, and yet smiled.
